Bella Interiors always care and maintain the best working environment for our employees’ health and safety. We produced all of our products with the strict accordance to our company health and safety guidelines. We manage the health and safety risks in the workplace by keeping First Aid boxes, providing clear instructions and information as well as adequate training to ensure employees are competent to do their work, engaging and consulting with employees on day-to-day health and safety conditions and implementing emergency procedures to prevent accidents case of work-related illness. Also, during pandemic, we followed the rules and regulations of World Health Organization and provide necessary supplements daily.

As the Social Responsibility, Bella Interiors provide women’s employment and income opportunities at cottage industries as well as concerning rural areas. Bella Interiors give back to our work community by providing solar electricity and fundamental needs such as rice, oil and medicine to neighboring villages and monasteries, donating to schools, building bridges for villages surrounding our work community, conducting trainings to women for earning extra income while working from home. As Bella Interiors, we believe in providing good livelihoods for our work community as well as their surroundings.
